Job Description

  • Provide operations research analysis for firm-wide planning, training, and strategic policy making.
  • Research and collect information from various sources and analyze it by breaking down into smaller components for better understanding of law firm operations assessment frameworks and methodologies.
  • Perform research and analysis to formulate methodologies for optimizing law firm operations across various departments.
  • Gather input from policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and objectives to extract relevant data to identify problem areas in various departments.
  • Apply data-gathering techniques and statistical analysis to build high-quality prediction systems.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports and models that represent the corresponding metrics and identify issues and priorities affecting current and planned policies and procedures.
  • Advise stakeholders with evaluating the data and optimize data usage and analysis for business decision making that ensures meaningful conclusions.
  • Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions.
  • Contribute to uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 12 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Experience must include working with data, data analysis, planning and organizing, and liaison between departments or organizations.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
