If you are not missing any documents, you will also receive an email from your Legal Team letting you know that we will be moving forward with the packet preparation stage of your case.
If Filing Fees have been listed as missing, please don’t forget to turn them in as soon as possible. Remember, we cannot submit your packet to immigration without the Filing Fees (if required).
