Once your Legal Team finishes preparing your packet, your attorney will review it one last time to make sure that everything looks good, and that it is ready to be submitted to immigration. This final attorney review is part of our quality control process.

Once the attorney review is complete, your Legal Team will inform you if there is anything else that is needed from you, or if it’s ready to be submitted to immigration.

Once your packet has been sent, we will send you an email with a copy of your application packet, and the tracking information so that you can confirm when it has been delivered to immigration.
