You will soon be receiving an email from your Client Care Specialist with a copy of these prepared forms. Please review ALL of the documents carefully before you sign them.
Please pay special attention to:
- The spelling of your full, legal name
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Employment history
USCIS does not accept digital signatures, so we ask you to please print your documents and sign them by hand. Please either send us a clear picture of the signed forms, drop them off at our office, or mail them to our office.
If you do not have access to a printer, your Legal Team can schedule you an appointment for you to come pick up the forms, or we can mail them to your home address.
Your Legal Team may have also included some additional questions, in case they need any clarifications from you. Please make sure to respond promptly to these questions. If any corrections need to be made to the completed forms, please also respond to that email with the relevant information.
