Dear Client:

Your Legal Team has received email notification that you are now Documentarily Qualified for your Consular Processing case. Congratulations! 🎉

This means that the National Visa Center (NVC) has determined that you have turned in all of the necessary documents for your case, and you are now in line for your interview. Now, it’s mostly a waiting game until you are issued an interview date.

Once we receive your interview date, it will be necessary to update certain documents —things that may have expired, or if any circumstances have changed since we submitted your application (such as financial documents). It will also be necessary to schedule your fingerprint appointment and your medical exam in your country of birth.

Don’t worry! Once we have received the information regarding your interview date, your Legal Team will reach out to schedule you two (2) interview preparation sessions with your attorney to discuss and prepare you for the final stages of your process.

What you can do right now is get prepared. You will need a valid passport –so, if your passport is about to expire, please get your renewal started. You will also need original documents, such as your birth certificate, marriage license, and divorce decrees. Please begin gathering these original documents so that you are ready to go.

The processing times for these interviews vary depending on which consulate is processing your application . If you have any questions about how long your particular consulate is taking to schedule interviews, please feel free to reach out. However, there is no particular way to check the status of where you are in line.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Client Care Specialist. Your Legal Team is readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Thank you for your trust and confidence.
